WhiteStripe Mentor and Apprentice System

So I've seen this on a few forums, And thought it would be good to post here. Especialy when this site gets going with more members and changes. So heres how it works;

Mentors
Mentor are experienced user who know their way around the site. They can help New Users, Or Newbies, find certain things, Show them around, and answer some questions they may have.

Mentor Rules
Mentor's must be a member of this forum for a reasonable amount of time. (Yeah, this rule will be alittle different because the site hasnt been running long)
Mentors must know the rules of the forum, or at least read them a few times and check them, so they don't mis-lead their apprentice.
If a Mentor mis-leads their apprentice, they will get a strike. I have a '3 Strike, Your out policy, although you may not be out forever. Strikes apply to Apprentices too.
Mentor can report an apprentice for being;
A) Disrespectful to their Mentor, even after warnings.
B) Disrepectful to the site and other users after warnings.
C) Exssessively Naggy.(Well their going to be new, so their going to be nagging a bit, so dont go too hard with this rule.)
Any and ALL Complaints go to me via PM, and if needed, forwarded to Tulip

Apprentices
Apprentices are people new to the site. Each Apprentice has a Mentor to show them around and explain stuff to them. They can also ask their Mentor questions.

Apprentice Rules
An Apprentice should be fairly new to the site.
Apprentices may ask questions, but try not the nag.
If an Apprentice Disrespects their Mentor or the users on the site, even after warning, they get a Strike. I have a '3 Strikes, Your Out' Policy, which applies to Mentors too.

Become an Apprentice
Its simple to become an Apprentice. Simply fill out and post the following form as a reply, or PM (Private Message) it too me.

but what happens if an apprentice gets 3 strikes....and how would we (I) know?

Ima keep track. The Apprentice would loose their Mentor, or get a new one. If they get a new Mentor and get 3 strikes, they will not get another. If a Mentor false reports an Apprentice, its a strike. How wil we find out? I have ways. *glances around*
